Ghosting.

What is it?
This is an effect, seen on televisions, where you see two copies of the same picture. The two images may be spaced close together, or further apart.
The effect is like "seeing double".

What can suffer from this?
Televisions.

Who's fault is it?
This is absolutely NOTHING to do with CBs or other interference, it is a problem with the TV antenna system.

What causes it?
The TV antenna may be poor, it may be pointed in the wrong direction or there could even be a problem with the coax, causing reflected signals and standing waves.
If the antenna is loose, changes in direction due to the wind may make the effect come and go - giving the impression that it is interference.

What should I do about it?
Unless it is your TV suffering, then there is nothing you can do.
If it is your TV system, and you can access the antenna, you should get it replaced or repositioned as necessary.
