Any personal information given will be used only for contact and admin purposes, such supplying you with requested information or services.
Any personal information you provide is considered private and confidential.

Our promises.
We do not keep any kind of personal information database.
We do not exchange personal information with any other organization.
We do not put personal data on a pen drive and leave it on a train.
We will not give out personal information without your permission unless the law demands that we hand it over and we have it to give. As there are possibly few situations where we may be forced to disclose such information, and we do not keep a database, this is unlikely to be an issue.

E-mail address.
Any personal e-mail addresses you give us will only be used for our contact purposes. They will not be used for any kind of unsolicited sales purposes, and will not be passed to any third-party without your written consent.
We do not sell any personal data to anyone.

Cookies.
We aim to make all our pages accessible without cookies. However, certain features may require the use of cookies to function. We will only use cookies where necessary for functional reasons, visitors are free to disable cookies and roam the general pages.
We may use cookies to enable the accessibility options. Such cookies only store your accessibility options, to enable each page to be displayed as you have chosen.
Any forum offered by this site may also use cookies to store login information.
This site does not store any other information in cookies, and does not use cookies to identify people or previous visitors.
Some ISPs and other servers may set cookies to look as if they come from the site being visited. We consider this a form of forgery, and strictly prohibit such actions. We reserve the right to read, alter and delete any cookie which is marked as coming from our site.

Visitor identification.
We do not give visitors any kind of number or other identification. If you decide to return to our site on another day, the site has no idea that you were here before.

Visitor numbers.
So that we can gauge the site popularity and content quality, the site can record the number of visitors and pages viewed. From these two figures, we can see the average number of pages per visitor.
This is worked our on a daily basis, and returning on another day will count you as another visitor. As the site does not give visitors an identity, it will not know you or any previous visits.

Page logging.
To allow us to provide more of the most popular type of content, and update our site at more appropriate times, the site records which pages are viewed and at what time of day. We can also see which days are most popular.

Search logging.
We want to make sure that our site contains the information that people are looking for. To enable us to meet visitor requirements, the site creates a list of search words used. A list of failed search words may also be sent to the webmaster.

Abuse detection.
We may take measures that we feel necessary to protect our site and content from abuse. Such abuse may involve excessive or automated downloading, use of site by banned organizations, abuse of copyright or abuse of our other terms.
Although we will not log personal details, we may log other information which could detect whether abuse is occurring and how it may be stopped. Such a log may be used by automated systems to carry out such detection and blocking.

Member area.
Services within the member area, such as forums, require that each genuine user can be identified as that member. You would not want someone posting messages with your member ID and giving you the blame for their abuse.
We may use any methods which we feel necessary to ensure that only the genuine registered member can log in under your registered name, and to protect against cookie theft (really, a serious crime which can even get a hacker into a secure site). We would not like to disclose which methods we would use, as the hackers would then use that information to take a members' identification.
Any methods we use will be purely to protect your login, and data will only be retained for as long as necessary for that purpose. For example, methods used to stop theft of your session would be retained until you log out and those to protect your login (such as your password) may be retained as long as you are a member.

Third-party page content.
We believe that a privacy policy is only good as long as the site retains control over all content. Third-party content allows other Web sites the chance to do as they like, bypassing any policy of the site being viewed.
Once a site includes third-party content within their pages, their own privacy policy is meaningless. The third-party site can gather information and pass it on. Third-party content has been known to cause "drive-by downloads", with dialers and viruses being forced upon visitors to totally innocent Web sites.
To protect our visitors as far as we can, all page content is hosted on the site server and all scripts are created specially for this site by the site Webmaster.
